Chieti Coffee in Las Vegas is now the premier coffee roaster and tea importer in Southern Nevada. We at Chieti Coffee Roasting, create consistently great coffee using the freshest premium beans, in our sophisticated roaster each day. The end result of this process is amazing espresso and pour over coffees. The product of our Roast Master and the founder Nazy Kivaj is the new vision of how the real fresh coffee should be.

Chieti’s coffee experts have traveled the globe in search of the most flavorful coffees the world has to offer. Every bean we sell has been ethically sourced from farms our experts have personally visited and examined.

All Chieti coffees are sold whole bean and shipped fresh after roasting for the richest flavor possible. We fresh roast our beans at our Las Vegas facility. It’s also where our coffee experts develop new blends that unlock our beans’ full flavor and potential. We also sell our coffees in green bean form for those who wish to home-roast their coffee.

About Our Tea:

Chieti Coffee and the family have been involved in Coffee for many years, after many years of researching for the world’s finest tea garden, the only name came in mind was Ceylon tea which grows in a country called Sri-Lanka.

Until the 1860’s the main product on the island of Sri-Lanka was coffee.

After the 1869 of the coffee fungus which killed the majority of the coffee plants in Sri-Lanka, the state owners had to diversify into tea.

Most of the Ceylon tea gardens are situated at the elevations between 3,000 and 8,000 feet.

Sri-Lanka’s fine teas, are considered to be among the finest teas in the world, these fine teas are not suited for a regular mass market tea consumption. Most of the Sri-Lanka’s teas are produced from bushes that grow above 4,000 feet. These bushes grow much more slowly than other countries tea and they are much harder to harvest because of the steep angles of the slopes on which they are planted.

Most of our tea comes directly from our selected gardens of Ceylon to our affiliated facility.

Every tea leaf is plucked by hand just to insure the most tender top “two leaves and a bud” are picked to obtain the best possible flavor profile.

Ceylon Tea Experience:

The flavor of the Ceylon tea is generally bold, full body, good depth and brisk, which means pleasantly astringent and refreshing.

Astringency is a tasting term used for winetea and other consumable substances. A strong astringent taste is often described as “sharp,” and it can leave the walls of the mouth feeling rough, raw or sandpapery. A low to moderate amount of astringency may have a more subtle, even “slippery” feel.

The wide variety of the teas tend to come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis. The tea plant needs at least one meter a year rain, acid soils, and the seasonal variations in climate.

It is our experience that those who drink Ceylon tea, would not like to compromise when it comes to the quality of their favorite drink.
